Reclaimed materials were used whenever they were available and would not lower the quality of the home. The goals was to lower cost, decrease environmental impact, and improve aesthetic. Interior and exterior wood panels are glued to framing. Exterior sheathing is screwed to framing. Floor system is bolted to metal trailer. Rafters are 6" for added Insulation in ceiling. Low VOC finishes were used throughout interior.
